* You are ready to start designing when you have the text in a ready-enough state to enable a page layout. Draft text may be used, however if the amount of text changes radically, it may require a new design (more $$). For books and large magazines, the design can be started with one chapter or section. If you would like help writing the text, please indicate. ** Printing budget only. If you do not have a dollar amount, please specify high-end, tight budget or what-have-you. If you would like me to recommend a printer, I would be happy to do so.
